Rush Hour

Every evening, as the sun begins to lower, the apiary comes alive in a different way.

Thousands of worker bees return from a full day of collecting nectar and pollen. For a few minutes, each hive entrance becomes a busy intersection as bees arrive from every direction.

Watching them reminds me that even in nature, everyone just wants to get home after a long day's work.
