Oh buddy, you have no idea. It’s interpretive dance, GPS, AND a weather report all wrapped into one cha-cha. The waggle dance is how foragers tell their hive-mates where to find food, and it’s an art form, I tell ya. They shake that abdomen in a figure-eight while wiggling in the direction of the food source and the duration of the wiggle tells the distance. It’s like if you could tell your buddy where the best pizza joint was by doing the worm across the living room. So yes, it’s dance, it’s science, and it’s poetry in motion. Buzzloaf-approved.
