A Bee Landed on My Hand... So I Sang to Her

Every visit to the apiary has its own surprises.

Today, one wasn't about honey or hive inspections.

A single bee landed on my hand and simply stayed.

I quietly sang to her while she rested. After a short while, she lifted off and disappeared back into the apiary.

Beekeeping is often full of busy days and thousands of buzzing wings, but every now and then you're reminded that even the smallest moments can leave the biggest impression.
